FAQs & Reminders
Login with your UT credentials to view account, permits, tickets, and make payments.
PERMITS
Permits may not be shared and each Student and Employee must have their own permit associated with their account.
Second vehicles must be registered to the same owner and only one vehicle may be parked on campus at any given time.
Be sure to enter your license plate number correctly so when scanned, the system will recognize and populate your permit type.
New vehicle? Enter the Temporary License Tag Number and State for now, and update here in the Portal when plates are put on the vehicle.
Reached a cap on vehicle changes? Contact the Parking Services office for assistance with updating your permit.

CITATIONS
Unresolved citations will result in a hold on student registration, transcript, and/or graduation, and employee exit interviews.
Received a citation for No Parking Permit and you are a Student or Employee? Contact the Parking Services office for information on Permit Agreements.

APPEALS
Must be submitted within 15 days from the date the citation was issued or the right to appeal is forfeited.
The Appeals Committee has up to 2 weeks to render a decision and decisions are final.
If the appeal is denied and fine was not paid within the 7-day incentive period, the Total Amount fine will be owed plus any applicable late fee.
If the appeal is denied and the citation was paid prior to the decision, the ticket is marked paid and no additional fines or fees will be added.
If the appeal is approved and the citation was paid prior to the decision, the amount paid will be refunded via the method of payment used.
